- Service area
- Central lines

- Site for irrigation structures and facilities
- Establish geodetic control, topographic survey, mapping activities and survey of service area, damsite reservoir and canal;
- Prepare data computation and topo maps plotting;
- Evaluate and check submitted joint survey and construction survey data;
- Generate digital profile and cross sections for irrigation facilities as follows – proposed dams, service area, main canal lines, roads and drainage;

- Supervise the preparation of plans on capability development of field staff on the formation and development of irrigators associations;
- Coordinate with the regional staff in identifying and analyzing the training needs of field staff;

Project Evaluation Officer III
- Prepare and update Medium-Term Public Investment Program (MTPIP), Comprehensive & Integrated Infrastructure Program (CIIP), and Budget Strategy (BS) for Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao;
- Evaluate project proposal in conformity with the objectives, strategies, goals and thrusts of the agency and national government;
- Supervise the preparation of list of sub-projects by congressional district, by province and by region;
- Preparation, updating and revisions of budget proposal forms, briefing materials/documents including justification of projects included in the proposed capital outlay;

Chemist A (Contract of Service)
- Assist in preparing documentary requirements including formulation of standards operating procedures, validation of test methods and other manuals needed for the smooth operation of the chemical laboratory
- Prepares samples for laboratory tests to derive quality level using prescribed standards specifications.
- Prepares chemical reagents and standard solutions in accordance with prescribed test methods.
- Performs the required chemical and physical analysis according to specified methods and procedures to produce accurate, timely and relevant test results.

- Undertake mechanical designs and plans of large water control gates such as barrage, stop log, intake, trashrack including engine/electrically operated lifting mechanism, embedded parts of diversion dams;
- Review/check plans of mechanical and electrical equipment (large steel gates and pumping stations) and other related documents submitted by foreign contractors such as design calculation, fabrication drawings and technical specifications in coordination with project consultant for foreign assisted projects;
- Conduct technical inspection of steel gates and other electro-mechanical equipment during fabrication and prepared acceptance report prior to delivery to project/regional office;
