  1. Assist in preparing documentary requirements including formulation of standards operating procedures, validation of test methods and other manuals needed for the smooth operation of the chemical laboratory
  2. Prepares samples for laboratory tests to derive quality level using prescribed standards specifications.
  3. Prepares chemical reagents and standard solutions in accordance with prescribed test methods.
  4. Performs the required chemical and physical analysis according to specified methods and procedures to produce accurate, timely and relevant test results.
  5. Performs analysis evaluation and/or assessment of results during and after the tests in accordance with prescribed standards.
  6. Interpret laboratory test results based on thresholds and standards to come up with conclusive findings.
  7. Performs maintenance, verification and monitoring of laboratory equipment.
  8. Ensures to maintain laboratory records, reports and files.
  9. Other related tasks that may be assigned.
