Industrial Relations Management Officer A
- Participate in the implementation of policies, rules & regulations pertaining to various personnel actions;
- Prepare systematic assessment of the qualification of applicants for the position/s they applied for;
- Present to the Human Resource Merit Promotion Selection Board (HRMPSB) the comparative assessment of application for deliberation;
- Prepare endorsement memorandum for signature of HRMPSB Members;
- Schedule HRMPSB deliberation meetings and provide notices of such to the members of the HRMPSB as well as Prepare Minutes /Highlights of Meeting;
- Do initial evaluation/analysis conducted on the appointment, protest, complaints, queries, etc.;
- Coordinate with the Civil Service Commission (CSC) in the terms of policies relative to appointment & other human resource actions;
- Prepare correspondences relative to recruitment hiring & other human resource actions;
- Conduct research as basis for formulation policies;
- Perform other related functions.
