SUPERVISING ENGINEER A

  1. Review agro-economic land use appraisal of irrigation projects;
  2. Review results of investigation of the present land use and recommends the best economical use and cropping patterns of project conditions;
  3. Review studies on various aspects of crop production and recommends appropriate and improved irrigated agricultural production practices;
  4. Review assessment of existing agricultural supporting services and recommends future requirements necessary to support successful implementation of irrigated agricultural development plans and programs;
  5. Review feasibility reports particularly on the agricultural aspect and participates in the appraisal of project for loan-assistance;
  6. Perform other related functions.

SENIOR CORPORATE ACCOUNTANT A

  1. Assist Corporate Finance Services Chief in the supervision of lower level personnel within the Section;
  2. Prepare Status of NCA Releases, Statement of Unfunded ASA and Funding Checks, Reports of Disbursements and Lists of Due and Demandable Accounts Payable; Annual Salaries, Allowances/Fringe Benefits received by the Principal Officers and Members of the governing Board;
  3. Process Disbursement Vouchers and Liquidation Reports;
  4. Perform other related functions.

CORPORATE FINANCE SERVICES CHIEF

  1. Recommend policies and guidelines for the preparation of budgetary requirements as well as forms, schedules and reports necessary to carry out the budgetary procedures;
  2. Review budgetary reports such as financial status of NIA before submission to proper authorities;
  3. Review reports and related financial statements required by management and other agencies;
  4. Make representation with the DBM, DA, Bureau of Treasury, DOF, NEDA and other Offices relative to financial matters affecting the Agency;
  5. Conduct periodic check up of status of funds and assess expenditures and compares same against projection;
  6. Perform other related functions.
