Guide /Advise lower-level personnel on more effective methods and techniques in personnel transaction works;
Review interpretation of applicable rules, regulations opinions regarding personnel on matters such as those involving appointment, promotion, protest, and other related works;
Review initial evaluation /analysis conducted on the appointment, promotion, transfer, deployment, protest, complaints, queries, etc.;
Prepare reports, memoranda and official communications of complicated nature involving research and interpretation of procedures and guidelines;
Conduct survey, study, research for basis of formulating policies, as well as to improve current personnel trends;
Review personnel policies and programs, flow charts, standard operating procedures and preparation of handouts /lectures /materials /manuals;
