Assist the higher-level design engineers in the detailed review of design and construction drawings of dams, pumping stations, tunnels, and other structures for irrigation and drainage;
Review paper location of irrigation and drainage canal network of the proposed irrigation projects submitted by field offices and gave suggestions and recommendations for same;
Under direction, conduct field inspection of proposed sites diversion works to recommend final location;
Investigate damages caused by natural calamity to structures and recommend appropriate repair works to be undertaken;
