  • Keep an appointment calendar for the Department Manager, schedule appointments and remind as such;
  • Take dictations and transcribe notes;
  • Encode correspondences, reports and documents;
  • Answer routine correspondence independently;
  • Prepare clerical reports and maintains office files and records;
  • Screen callers and interview visitors;
  • Transmit communications and facilitate orders and requests from the Department Manager and Corporate Lawyers;
  • Perform other related functions.
