  2. Direct the preparation of agency’s corporate plan and formulation of corporate strategies;
  3. Design master plan and contingency plan in implementing strategic alternatives;
  4. Undertake policy formulation and review;
  5. Formulate and recommend policies relating to information technology;
  6. Supervise formulation and implementation of the information of the systems plan of the agency;
  7. Supervise the planning and development of computerized information systems and application systems/programs;
  8. Supervise development of the agency’s databases;
  9. Direct preparation of the irrigation program responsive to infrastructure program of the government;
  10. Coordinate with other entities on matters relating to irrigation development and other programs and budget for capital investment;
  11. Perform other related functions.
