Building and Grounds Maintenance Headman A

1. Formulate and recommend plans, policies and procedures, rules and regulations for grounds and building maintenance and repair;
2. Supervise the inspection and various activities in the repair, maintenance and rehabilitation of the grounds and buildings;
3. Supervise the labor staff in the daily performance of their duties and responsibilities;
4. Inspect the completed work programs to ensure efficient and effective service;
5. Perform other related functions.
