The National Irrigation Administration (NIA), through the Government of the Philippines (GOP), Fund 501-LFPs, HEPIS 2018 Project- OD-EMD intends to apply the sum of Thirty Eight Million Five Hundred Thousand and 00/100 Pesos (Php 38,500,000.00) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Three Hundred Forty Five (345) units Brand New Motorcycle and Two (2) units Brand New Passenger Van. Invitation to Bid No. NIACO-S-9R. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
