A. Please be advised of the following revisions in the Bidding Documents for the above-captioned project. This Notice shall form part of the Bidding Documents.

1. Delete page 1 of the Invitation to Bid and substitute the herein Attachment Sheet No. “1”;

2. Delete pages 22 and 33 under Bid Data Sheet and substitute the herein Attachment Sheet Nos. “2” and “3”;

3. Delete pages 1 to 4 of the Technical Specifications and substitute the herein Attachment Sheet Nos. “4” to “7”; and

4. Delete pages 36 and 37 under Checklist of Technical and Financial Documents and substitute the herein Attachment Sheet Nos. “8” and “9”.

B. Receipt of this Notice must be acknowledged by the Bidders at the Office of the BAC-A Secretariat, 6th Floor, NIA Building “A”, EDSA Diliman, Quezon City.
