Procurement of Service Provider for the Phase IV of Enhanced Farmland Geographic Information System (eFGIS Digitization of Parcellary Maps and Farmland Database Development)

The National Irrigation Administration (NIA), through the Government of the Philippines (GOP), Corporate Operating Budget (COB) Fund 501-LFPs, Projec EFGISt 2022 intends to apply the sum of Forty-Seven Million Seven Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Pesos (Php47,799,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Service Provider for the Phase IV of Enhanced Farmland Geographic Information System (eFGIS Digitization of Parcellary Maps and Farmland Database Development).  Invitation to Bid No. NIACOIEC-S-3. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2. The National Irrigation Administration now invites PhilGEPS registered service provider to apply for eligibility and to bid for the above mention project. The Service Provider shall execute and complete the project within five (5) months upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed a single contract within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project with a value of at least fifty percent (50%) or at least two (2) similar contracts and the aggregate contract amounts should be equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of ABC having the largest of these similar contracts must be equivalent to at least twenty five percent (25%) of the ABC.  The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders)
