1. The National Irrigation Administration (NIA) through the COB for FY 2022 intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Six Hundred Forty One Thousand Six Hundred Thirty Seven Pesos and 18/100 Only (Php 8,641,637.18)  being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Security Services for NIA Central Office. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
