THIS AGREEMENT, made this ____day of Jan 17, 2020 between the NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION, with principal office address at NIA Bldg., EDSA, Quezon City, represented by its Administrator, GEN RICARDO R VISAYA (Ret) (hereinafter called the “Entity”) and GREEN ASIA CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION with principal office address at  No. 4 Bentley Street, St. Dominic Villa, San Agustin, City of San Fernando, Pampanga, represented by its Authorized Representative, RENATO M. LEGASPI, JR. (hereinafter called the “Contractor”).

WHEREAS, the Entity is desirous that the Contractor execute the Construction of Ibato-Iraan Earthfill Dam and its Appurtenant Structures under the Small Reservoir Irrigation Project (SRIP), Invitation to Bid No. SRIPD-C-20RW, (hereinafter called “the Works”) and the Entity has accepted the Bid for Three Hundred Twenty Two Million Eight Hundred Thirty Two Thousand Four Hundred Thirty Eight and 17/100 Pesos (PhP322,832,438.17) by the Contractor, for the execution and completion  of such Works and the remedying of any defects therein.
