- The National Irrigation Administration, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for 2019 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Fifty Eight Million One Hundred Forty Thousand Four Hundred Thirty Seven Pesos & 66/100 (PhP458,140,437.66) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Invitation to Bid No. CAR-ALPIPD-C-2 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
