- The National Irrigation Administration (NIA), through the Corporate Operating Budget (COB) for 2019 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Eight Hundred Eighty Four Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety One Pesos and 75/100 (PhP 3,884,891.75) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Materials for Modular Workspace Including Electrical Works and Furniture for the Renovation of the Financial Management Department Office. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
