1. The National Irrigation Administration (NIA), through the Corporate Operating Budget (COB) Continuing Budget for 2021 and COB CY 2022 and intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million Four Hundred Sixty-Six Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-Eight and 97/100 Pesos (Php 12,466,668.97) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for  Supply and Delivery of Various IT Equipment to wit:
