1. The National Irrigation Administration (NIA), through the Government of the Philippines (GOP), GAA FY 2018 Heavy Equipment Procurement for Irrigation System-Terminated Contract under BURS no. 501-2022-02-005 and Fund 102-FAPs-GAA 2021, Project-CRPIP intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Four Million Three Hundred Twenty-Seven Thousand Pesos (Php34,327,000.00) and Nine Hundred Sixty Three Thousand Five Hundred Forty Pesos (Php963,540.00) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Three Hundred Forty-Five (345) units Brand New Motorcycle under NIACO-S-14. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
