Supply and Delivery of Brand New Ninety Five (95) Units Pick-Up Truck, Double Cab, 4×4, DED, MT/AT, 3000cc (Maximum)

The National Irrigation Administration, through the Government of the Philippines (GOP), Corporate Operating Budget (COB) Funds-2020 (CY-2019 Continuing Appropriation), Chico River Pump Irrigation Project (CRPIP) Fund, Sta. Agueda Datagon Irrigation Project Fund intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Sixty One Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP161,800,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Brand New Ninety Five (95) units Pick-up Truck, Double Cab, 4×4, DED, MT/AT, 3000cc (maximum), Invitation to Bid No. NIACO-S-8.  Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2. The National Irrigation Administration now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.   Delivery of the Goods is required within Ninety (90) Calendar Days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a single contract within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project with a value of at least fifty percent (50%) or at least two (2) similar contracts and the aggregate contract amounts should be equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of ABC having the largest of these similar contracts must be equivalent to at least twenty five percent (25%) of the ABC.  The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
