A.  The following changes/information are hereby made on the above-captioned Invitation:

  1. Bid Data Sheet (BDS), Section 12.1 (a) (iii) No further instructions, should be replaced by the herein attached page of BDS, Section 12.1 (a) (iii) Valid Special PCAB License in case of Joint Venture, and registration for the type and cost of the contract for this Project. (Attachment Sheet No. 1)
  2. Bid Data Sheet (BDS), Section 13.1 (b) (ii.4) Certificate of Site Inspection under Financial Documents was changed to BDS, Section 12.1 (b) (11.4) Certificate of Site Inspection under Technical Documents.
  3. Delete Special Conditions of Contarct, GCG Clause 34.3, pages 77-79 and substitute the herein replacement sheets, GCG clause 31.7 (Attached Sheet Nos. 2 & 3).
  4. The attached “Minutes of the pre-bidding Conference” shall form part of the Bid Documents. (Attachment Sheet Nos. 4-9).
