A. The modification is hereby made on the above-captioned Invitation:

1. Delete pages 32 to 35 (Section VII. Technical Specifications) of the Bidding Documents and replace it with Attachment Sheet No. 1.
2. Delete pages 37 to 38 (Section VIII. Checklist of Technical and Financial Documents) of the Bidding Documents and replace it with Attachment Sheet No. 2.
3. Delete pages 56 to 58 (Statement of All Ongoing Government form and Private Contracts and Statement of Single Largets Completed Contract form) and replace it with Attachment Sheet No. 3.
