Provision of Services for the Farmers Satisfaction Survey

  1. The National Irrigation Administration (NIA), through the GAA-IMTS for FY 2021  intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 1,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Provision of Services for the Farmers Satisfacton Survey. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2. The NIA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Ninety (90) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submisssion and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. For this purpose, similar contracts shall refer to Provision of Survey Services. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders)
