Printing and Delivery of NIA Wall and Table Calendar for CY 2021

The National Irrigation Administration (NIA), through the Corporate Operating Budget (COB) for FY 2020 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 3,050,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for  Printing and Delivery of NIA Wall and Table Calendar for CY 2021. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2. The NIA now invites bids for Printing and Delivery of NIA Wall and Table Calendar for CY 2021. Delivery of the Goods required is Forty Five (45) calendar days from approval of the final proofing per item. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. For this pupose, similar contracts shall refer to Printing of Calendar. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders.
