THIS AGREEMENT, made this 14^th day of January 2020 between the NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION, with principal office address at NIA Bldg., EDSA, Quezon City, represented by its Administrator, GEN RICARDO R VISAYA (Ret) (hereinafter called the “Entity”) and P. L. SEBASTIAN CONSTRUCTION, INC./ R. D. INTERIOR JUNIOR CONSTRUCTION/ CHINA CAMC ENGINEERING CO., LTD. (Consortium) with principal office address at 11_^th Floor, Triumph Building, Quezon Avenue, Quezon City, represented by its Authorized Managing Officer, RICARDO D. INTERIOR, JR. (hereinafter called the “Contractor”).

WHEREAS, the Entity is desirous that the Contractor execute the Construction of Balbalungao Earthfill Dam and its Appurtenant Structures under the Small Reservoir Irrigation Project (SRIP), Invitation to Bid No. SRIPD-C-33, (hereinafter called “the Works”) and the Entity has accepted the Bid for Eight Hundred Thirty Two Million Nine Hundred Seventy Three Thousand Seven Hundred Four and 72/100 Pesos (PhP832,973,704.72) by the Contractor, for the execution and completion  of such Works and the remedying of any defects there
