The National Irrigation Administration (NIA), through the Government of the Philippines (GOP), Corporate Operating Budget (COB) Fund-501 LFPs, FGIS Project, CY-2021 intends to apply the sum of Forty Eight Million One Hundred Sixty Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty Nine (Php 48,168,729.00) Pesos being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Service Provider for the Phase III of Enhanced Farmland Geographic Information System (eFGIS Digitization of Parcellary Maps and Farmland Database Development), Invitation to Bid No. NIACOIEC-S-1. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The National Irrigation Administration now invites PhiGEPS registered service provider to apply for eligibility and to bid for the above mentioned project. The Service Provider shall execute and complete the project within four (4) months upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed a signle contract within five (50 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project with a value of at least fifty percent (50%) or at least two (2) similar contracts and the aggregate contract amounts should be equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of ABC having the largest of these similar contracts must be equivalent to at least twenty five percent (25%) of the ABC.
